Katie is the daughter of Mekila Maguire and granddaughter of John and Angela, Harmony Hill.
Katie is just ten months old. Sadly, she was born with several major health problems. Her parents have been told by the doctors here that there is nothing more they can do to save her life. But they have learned that there are surgeons in the United States who are willing to attempt further treatment for Katie. They are the only hope Katie's parents have left.
Unfortunately, the cost will be enormous.
So her parents are trying desperately to raise enough funds to get Katie to America for this last chance to save her life.
