   'Whom Shall I Send'   

   Could you be called to serve God and his people as a priest ?   

But we're not talking only of people who are called to the priesthood or religious life.

Each one of us has been called by God. He called us into being in the first place and then, as we grew older, into a relationship with himself through the Mass, the Sacraments and prayer.

And, in addition to our personal calling from God, everyone in the Parish has been entrusted with an extra calling: to help others to recognise and to respond to God's call for them, whether it be in marriage, the priesthood, religious life or in some other form of service.

But we don't answer this extra call by trying to push someone into a calling that we want him or her to follow. The true call comes from within a person and is from God.

We answer this extra calling only by creating an atmosphere in our Parish in which everyone is able to hear God's call and freely respond to it.
